All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. Free Shipping (USA & Canada)
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required. This allows our customers to enjoy a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
For customers outside the United States and Canada, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and vary by country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
